I just received my ANCs that I ordered from Bruce, included was a note saying they would be thinner than normal for several days because of shipping stress and would fatten up in a couple of days.

I would put them in their bin and just leave them alone with a light on over the bin for a couple of days, just leaving them alone, don't dig around or do anything to distrub them.

After 48-72 hours gently take a look.

You didn't say what type of worms you ordered which will also help in identifying them.

Good Luck
