For the most part I have not heard any good things about the Worm Factory 360. I personally use 10 gallon Rubbermaid totes that I have drilled holes for drainage and vents. I did this using the plans on Worm Composting Blog. I didn't use the 3 totes as the plans show but used just one and have it sitting in a tray on some drawer organizers that are aprox 9x3x3 this elavates the bin for air flow.

The tote cost me $8 at Walmart and the drawer organizers are 3 for $1.99. Even following the plans and having I think 3 bin for stacking when the time come it's still cheaper than the Worm Factory.

I think the main issue is that the trays in the Worm Factory are not deep enough to be really effective, plus I think they tend to stay to wet.
