I received the plans last week and had no problem printing them. I'm currently scaving parts for them. Will it hurt to leave my AN worms for an extra few days while I assemble the harvester?

The worms will be fine. Just remember when you build it to screen the worms about every 14 days to remove the cocoons. Put them aside somewhere warm to hatch. They require a slightly higer temperature than the breeding bed. Luke warm to touch is what you are aiming for.
